We went to Berlin in September this year. Berlin puts Tokyo to shame regarding the abundance of art spaces such as galleries and ateliers, as well as places under construction. The city was emitting a strange noise.

Brucknerhaus at Ars Electronica 2004. My first time to see and hear AGF. At first her music sounded pretty straightforward, but gradually I started to get a strange feeling, down to the pores of my skin.

The 4th art space is Schwarzenberg. The former hideout for Jews during the war has now become a place that harbors the future of young, unknown artists in the center of Berlin.

In former East Berlin, many art spaces reuse old buildings. Among those, the communal atelier artist space, in which many artists and people working in art-related jobs own ateliers, is renown in united Berlin.
